This talk will illustrate the differences between quantum computer programming and current computer programs, and then walk through a few examples using the publicly available IBM Q and Qiskit platform. The examples include problems in chemistry, optimization, and machine learning.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\">About the speaker:<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\">Richard (Chun-Fu) Chen is a Research Staff Member at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. His research background is on image\/video processing, computer vision, and quantum computing.
